I am really curious about whether pineapple is good for skin health. Lately, I've been battling some breakouts and dullness, and I came across this info saying pineapple might help. Last week at a friend's barbecue, she whipped up this amazing pineapple salsa, and it was delicious! But then I started thinking, does eating pineapple actually have benefits for your skin? Like, I remember my grandma telling me that fruit can bring out that natural glow, but now I’m not sure how much of that is true, ya know? I did some research on the internet, and saw lots of posts about how pineapple is packed with vitamin C, which apparently its great for collagen production, but does that mean if I eat more of it, my skin will clear up? Also, a while back, I tried a DIY pineapple face mask and my skin felt kinda tingling afterward, which made me a bit nervous. Should I keep eating pineapple or are there any risks I should be worried about? I just don’t know if I'm overthinking this. Is pineapple good for skin in the long run, or could it actually irritate it? Any advice from you Ayurvedic experts would be super helpful!
