I am really worried because my hair is falling too much lately. Like, I never thought this would be a problem for me! Around six months ago, I started noticing more strands on my pillow and in the shower, but recently it feels like it’s getting worse. I thought it was just stress from work or maybe the weather? Last month, I even tried some over-the-counter shampoos, but they didn’t help much. I read about how diet could affect this too, and I did change my eating habits, but I’m honestly unsure if it's enough. My hair is falling too much, and I can see my scalp more than I’d like – it’s sort of freaking me out! I’m 28 and healthy, or at least I thought so. No major health issues, but I do have a family history of thinning hair so I guess that could be it? Is there something in Ayurveda that could help? I’ve heard about herbal remedies and oils for hair loss. I'm desperate! My hair is falling too much even when I just brush it lightly, and it’s making me feel self-conscious. What should I try first? Any specific herbs or natural treatments you would recommend? Thank you for any advice, I really appreciate it!
