I am really struggling with my hair lately. For the past year or so, I've noticed my hair getting thinner and it just feels so lifeless. Like, I used to have really thick hair but now it’s kinda flat and dull, you know? I’ve tried a few different shampoos and even some fancy conditioners, but nothing seems to work. A friend mentioned that is bhringraj oil good for hair and she swears by it. I keep Googling and see a lot of posts say it’s great for promoting hair growth and even helps with dandruff, which I’ve been having issues with too.
