My daughter went thru a bad trauma after that she has got lots of black spots on her legs and they are itchy M doing homeopathy and it takes time Had shown to skinspecialist earlier and she gave the same thing Ike connected wth hormones and her trauma Can u help

The appearance of black spots on the skin following a trauma, alongside itchiness, can often be linked to stress and internal imbalances. In Ayurveda, such condition may be considered related to imbalance in Vata and Pitta doshas, which are often disturbed due to emotional stress and hormonal changes. To help address this from an Ayurvedic perspective, consider adopting a dual approach focusing on soothing the skin externally and balancing the doshas internally.

First, dietary modifications should support pacifying the Vata and Pitta doshas. Encourage her to include warm, cooked meals with mild spices such as turmeric, fennel, and cumin. These spices help calm the digestive fire and reduce inflammation. Encourage consuming ghee and reduce intake of excessively spicy, oily and fried foods that may aggravate the condition.

Externally, applying a paste made from sandalwood powder mixed with rose water on the spots can be beneficial. This helps soothing the skin and may reduce itchiness due to its cooling properties. Ensure she keeps her skin moisturized; a coconut oil application before bath can help keep the skin moisturized.

Internally, consuming Triphala in warm water at night can help detoxify and balance the doshas. It also supports digestion and helps clear any toxin build up in the body. Ashwagandha can be considered for balancing hormones and reducing stress levels, take it under a practitioner’s guidance.

Additionally, encourage relaxation techniques such as yoga or pranayama, these can reduce stress levels and promote overall healing. Her daily routine should involve consistent sleep patterns and avoiding screens before bedtime to enhance sleep quality. These steps seem to domesticate a more balanced lifestyle, aiding in her recovery alongside any ongoing homeopathic or dermatological treatments.
