I am really curious about this. Lately, I've been dealing with some hair thinning and it’s been stressing me out. I've heard a lot about natural remedies and was wondering, does curd help in hair growth? My friend mentioned that curd is super beneficial because it’s packed with nutrients. I tried slapping some on my scalp last week, hoping for a miracle, but I think I did it wrong 🤷‍♀️. Like, do I need to mix it with something else? I have this feeling that maybe just putting plain curd isn't doing much. I noticed that my hair feels a bit softer after using it, but not really sure it’s actually helping with growth? Also, I've been using a bunch of hair oils and things, but nothing seems to really make a difference. I mean, my scalp gets all itchy sometimes, and I’m not sure if that’s normal or what. Got some test results back saying my vitamin D was low, could that be affecting it too? Just trying to figure out if I should stick with the curd thing or look for more options.
