I am really curious about rosemary oil and its effects on hair. I’ve been hearing a lot about it lately. Last month, I decided to try out some natural remedies for my thinning hair, because honestly, it’s been stressing me out a little. I read somewhere that rosemary oil can help with hair growth, and since I’m all about using natural stuff now, I bought a bottle. Here’s the thing, I wanna know, can we apply rosemary oil directly on hair? Like, should I just put a few drops on my scalp and rub it in? Or is it dangerous or something? I did some patch testing on my skin, and luckily, no reaction, but I’m still a bit unsure. My friend said mixing it with a carrier oil is better, but I feel like I could just go for it straight on. I mean, it smells amazing!! Also, how often can I use it? I've heard every day might be too much, but I'm desperate for my hair to look fuller, you know? I just wanna make sure I’m not hurting anything in the process. I really appreciate any thoughts or experiences you all have with this! Thanks!

This doesn’t just help in reducing the risk of irritation; it also allows for better application and coverage. A typical dilution would be 2-3 drops of rosemary oil per tablespoon (around 15ml) of carrier oil. Gently massage this mixture into your scalp.
