I am dealing with some really frustrating hair loss issues. Been trying a few different remedies, and I've heard that rosemary oil might help. A friend suggested I should try it, and I’ve been thinking, can I apply rosemary oil overnight? Maybe that’s the key... I mean, applying it overnight sounds like a good idea, right? I read somewhere that it can stimulate hair growth, but I’m kinda unsure if it's safe to leave it on for a long time. Last week, I did a patch test and didn’t have any irritation, which was a relief. My scalp feels a little dry tho, and I wonder if the oil will help with that or make it worse! I’ve been mixing it with coconut oil, but I read about just using rosemary oil directly as well. Is that a better option? I really want to see results but also don’t want to mess things up more – like, can I apply rosemary oil overnight without risks? Should I wash it out in the morning, or can it stay longer? Any advice would be a lifesaver cause I'm feeling kinda lost here! Thank you!
