I am really curious about something—I've been hearing a lot lately about whether curd is good for hair growth, and I can’t help but wonder if it's true. My hair has been thinning a bit, especially around my temples, which is freaking me out! I’ve tried a bunch of stuff like various oils and even some expensive shampoos, but nothing seems to really work. I read somewhere that curd can help nourish hair due to its probiotics or something like that. A friend of mine swears by using curd as a hair mask. She raves about how soft and shiny her hair looks now, and I'm just. like, is this real? I thought if it helps with hair growth, maybe I should try it too? I've been mixing it with some honey and egg yolk but I don’t know if I should be doing it more often or how long I should keep it on. Do any of you think that curd can actually make a difference? How often should I use it? And should I be mixing it with other stuff or just apply it straight? Trying to figure out if I should put my hopes on curd for hair growth or look for something else.
