I am really worried about my hair lately. I’ve been noticing more and more strands falling out, and it’s kinda freaking me out. A friend told me that is brahmi good for hair, and I was curious if anyone here had some experience with it? I’ve tried a bunch of stuff, but nothing seems to work. The other day, I saw this herbal shop and grabbed some brahmi powder on a whim. I did some research, and people rave about how is brahmi good for hair growth and even for scalp health. But like, how? I read that it helps with blood circulation to the scalp too? Is that true? I’m not sure if I should just use the powder in a mask or take it as a supplement – feels like info overload lol. Also, I have noticed some dandruff issues creeping up, which is making everything worse. Anyone know if is brahmi good for hair problems like that too? I’d love to hear any personal stories or advice! I just want my hair to feel healthy again and not look like it’s seen better days. Thanks in advance!

Brahmi, a well-regarded herb in Ayurveda, can indeed be beneficial for hair health. The way brahmi works its charm is by nourishing the scalp, which in turn reduces itchiness and dandruff, common issues that can exacerbate hair loss. By soothing and cooling the scalp, it helps reduce stress often attributed to hair problems, relaxing your nerves which can indirectly enhance hair growth.
