I am really struggling with excessive body hair growth. Like, it feels like I’ve got more hair than most guys I know. I've tried a bunch of grooming methods but they just don’t seem to work for me or only work for a short while. I’ve been reading about different natural remedies, but I’m not really sure what’s legit or if they’ll even help. I've heard things like using turmeric and chickpea flour masks can be effective for how to reduce body hair growth in male naturally, but honestly, I don’t know how to mix them or apply them. Tried it once and it was such a mess. Also, is it safe to use those remedies frequently? I mean, what if it irritates the skin? I'm kinda sensitive and I don’t want to end up causing a rash or something. Other thing is, are there specific diet tips or lifestyle changes I can incorporate that might help with this issue? I read that some foods can actually affect hair growth, but don't know much more than that. Help me out, please!
