I am really confused about using curd on my hair. You hear all the time how great it is for hair health, right? Some friends swore it worked wonders for their frizz and dryness, so I thought I’d give it a shot. I mixed plain yogurt (is that the same as curd??) with some essential oils and applied it to my hair, which is kinda damaged after coloring it lately. The result? A bit tangly, but nothing out of the ordinary. Now here’s where I’m stuck—how much time to keep curd on hair? I left it for around 30 mins, and it felt nice, but I’m worried it wasn’t enough time to see any benefits. A couple of sourses said that it’s fine to go over an hour, while others suggested just 20 minutes. Should I be looking for signs that it's not working or like, a weird smell or something? Don’t wanna risk damage or make my hair greasy! I really wanna soak up those nourishing properties but feel like I’ve been winging this whole hair care thing!
