I am really struggling with hair loss lately and super worried about it. It’s been pretty stressful honestly. I've tried different shampoos and treatments, but nothing seems to work. My friend mentioned that bhringraj oil could help? I've read online that can bhringraj oil regrow hair, but I’m kind of skeptical, you know? I started losing my hair after a really stressful job change last year, and it’s just made me feel so insecure. I’ve got this patchy area on the crown of my head that's really noticeable now. The dermatologist said it might be stress-related, but I feel like there’s gotta be something I can do about it. Has anyone here tried bhringraj oil? Like, does it really help in regrowing hair? I’m just looking for some real experiences. Also, if I decide to use it, how often do I need to apply it? Do I mix it with anything or just put it on straight?
