I am dealing with some serious hair thinning, and it's honestly been stressing me out. I heard about bhringraj oil from a friend, and she swears by it for hair growth. After doing a little research, I found that it’s supposed to be great for scalp health too. I got a bottle of bhringraj oil last week and have been using it every few days, but I'm wondering, can I use bhringraj oil daily? Like, I want to make sure I'm doing it right because I really don't wanna mess things up more. I mean, doesn’t overdoing things with oils sometimes lead to greasy buildup??? I’ve also read mixed opinions on whether using bhringraj oil too often could irritate my scalp? My scalp is kinda sensitive, and lately, I get some itching and flaking, which adds to my stress. At this point, can I just apply bhringraj oil daily without worrying? Or maybe it’s better to stick to a few times a week? I’m just desperate for my hair to look healthy again!
