I am kinda at my wits' end here! Lately, I’ve been dealing with a lot of hair fall and just overall bad hair days. I even tried mixing the juice with coconut oil, everyone says that’s a good combo for hair but I'm still not seeing any results. I read somewhere that the quality of the amla juice matters a lot, but like, how do you even know which amla juice is best for hair? Is there a specific brand or type I should be paying attention to?
