I’ve been doing some research about the qualities of vata dosha because I’ve been feeling really out of balance lately. I’m not sure if it's related to my body type or if it’s something I’ve been doing in my lifestyle. I’m really curious if the qualities of vata dosha could explain what I’ve been experiencing, so I wanted to ask here and see if anyone else has gone through something similar. For a bit of background: I’ve always been very thin, have dry skin, and tend to feel cold most of the time. My friends have always said I have a “nervous energy,” and I tend to be scattered or forgetful. I work a stressful job where I juggle many tasks at once, so I often feel overwhelmed.
