I am really confused about something with my hair. Lately, it’s been thinning out way more than usual. I mean, I can see my scalp in places that used to be super full, and the dryness is just awful. I've tried a few different products, but nothing seems help. Friend suggested some stuff about oils that are supposed to be good for growth? Like, which oil is best for hair growth? I’ve read online that things like coconut oil and castor oil are recommended, but then there’s jojoba and even argan oil? Honestly, feels like there’s a million options. I've been trying to do more research, but my mind is spinning, and time is not on my side! On top of that, I keep worrying that I'm not doing enough to support my hair health.... Is there a specific way to use these oils too? Like, do you just apply them, or is there a special technique or time to leave them in? I want to understand which oil is best for hair growth but it also has to be realistic with my busy schedule. Any advice would be super helpful! 😩
