Baalon ke girne ki samasya ko samjhne ke liye humein aapke dosha prakriti aur aahar-vihar (lifestyle) ko dekhna hoga. Siddha-Ayurved ke anusar, balon ka girna aksar pitta ya vata dosha ki vikruti se sambandhit hota hai. Baalon ko majboot rakhne ke liye aapko apne aahar, vihar aur chikitsa prapti ka vyavsthit combination banana hoga.
Pehli baat, aapne jo dawa khayi, wo aapke liye kaam nahi aayi, iska matlab hai muamle ko gehra samajhna jaruri hai. Aap apane aahar mein takra veins (quietly boiled) palak, methi aur bachhariya ko samil krye. Yeh shakahari khadne aapko loh, vitamin aur mineral provide karenge. Gharelu chikitsa mein, aap bhhringraj oil ka prayog kar sakte hain — seiray par halka garm kark masaj karna, humare johndo ki gahrayi tak poshan ko pahunchata hai aur baalon ki jad majboot banata hai.
Dusri cheez, yaad rakhein ki aapke jeevan mein tension ya stress ko kam karein, kyuki yeh bhi balon ke girne ka karan ho sakta hai. Pranayam ya yogasan, jaise ki shavaasan aur susasn, aapke shariirmeyn stress kam karne mein madadgar ho sakte hain.
Agli kadam, dhyan de ke aapka pachen vyavasthat ho. Apne agni ko shitha banaye rakhne ke liye, khane ke tein 1-2 ghante baad jeera-pani ka sevan kar sakte hain, jo pachen ko behtar karta hai.
Yadi baalon ke girne mein koi bhi sudhar nahi dikh rahi hai within 2-3 mahine, tho kisi trained Ayurvedic prtikshak ka salah lein, jo aapko pratyaksh roop se dikhkar aur jyada vyavasthit margdashan denge.
Sabhi upchar aur chintamukti aina safai-suji ki saasthik sthityon ke patle rahenge, lekin yaad rakhein kahi serious issues ho sakte hain isliye kadam dharmansh aage chalne ki zarurat hoti hai.
