intake more water and amla take mahatikhghuth for apply face and all skin take haridrakhanda 5 gm with water 2 times day take purodil (amil pharma ) 2 bd avoid milk if constipation take 2 tab harde at night with water and take 1 glass warm water at morning (inian washroom stly)

Acne aur rashes ki samasya ko samjhna jaruri hai. Ayurveda kehte hain ki ye samasya kapha aur pitta dosha ke asantulan ke karan ho sakti hain. Acne aur whiteheads vikar kaph ke sangrah aur pitta ke vridhi se hoti hai, jisse twacha mein taeliyapaan aur inflamation badh jata hai. Body par rashes pitta dosha aur rakta dhatu mein impurity ko darshata hai.

Acne treatment ke liye, ap daily routine mein neem ka upyog kare. Neem ke pate ko pees kar le aur is pest ko apne chawdi par lagaye, lagbhag 20-30 minute ke liye, fir dhul le. Yah twacha se oil aur impurities ko hatane mein sahayak hai. Uske sath saath, haldi aur chandan ka lep bhi upyog kar sakte hain jo anti-inflammatory properties ka dhani hai.

Aap apne aahaar par bhi dhyan de. Garam, teekha tatha baasi bhojan ko tyaag de. Taaza fal aur sabziyon ko apne aahar mein shamil kare. Tridoshic balance ke liye triphala churna raat ko sona se pehle narm garam pani ke sath le sakte hain.

Rashes ke liye, khadiya vichar ko samajhna chahiye jisse allergen ko pehachana ja sake. Aap khub rasdar cheeze, jese water melon, cucumber khayega. Yashtimadhu churna ko naram dahi ke sath mila kar din me ek baar lagayega, isse rashes ko shant karne mein suvidha milega. Kaise bhi stronge chemcial based beauty producs ko twacha ke liye avoid kare.

Dhyan de ki agar aapke rash ya acne mein sujan ya severe itching bade, to turant dermatologist ki salaha le. Agni ko santulan mein rakhne ke liye yoga aur meditation ka amal bhee madadgar ho sakta hai. Regular exercise bhi shamil kijiye, jo ki swet nikalne ke dinamika ko badhava de skti hai aur body se toxins nikalne mein sahayak hai.
