Hello my is yash.I am 20 years old .I am suffering from premature graying hair. Please suggest me how canI turn into blackhair

Amla is a potent rejuvenator and can be consumed daily as juice or powder. It’s known for its high Vitamin C content and has a role in maintaining hair pigmentation and health.

In terms of lifestyle, stress management is key. Engage in stress-reducing activities like yoga, pranayama, or meditation. These practices help balance Pitta dosha and calm the mind.
