To administer, take 10 to 15 ml of kashaya with an equal quantity of water, twice daily before meals, this helps enhance its absorption.

Turning to Vata Kaphaja skin conditions, a kashaya that addresses both the stagnation of Kapha and the dryness of Vata is beneficial. “Dashamoola Katutraya Kashaya” is an excellent choice.
