I am dealing with some persistent skin issues, mainly eczema on my arms and legs, and it’s really driving me crazy! I’ve tried a ton of creams and lotions but they never really help long-term. A friend recommended eladi choornam, saying it worked wonders for her. I did some research and discovered that eladi choornam is supposed to be great for skin health and maybe even helps with inflammation, which is totally what I need. But here’s the thing—can I use eladi choornam daily? I feel like it could be a game changer, but I’m also worried about using it too much or if it even has any side effects if used often? I read that it can be great for keeping the skin moisturized and maybe even reduce the itchiness, but I’m not sure about the dosage. Like, should I apply it once or twice a day?
