I am struggling with my skin these days, and I really don’t know what to do. A few weeks ago, a friend mentioned gond katira, saying it’s great for skin, but I don't know how to use gond katira for skin. My face has been breaking out a lot, like, really bad, and the dryness is worse than ever. I’ve tried different creams and stuff, but they just make it worse or, like, make me feel super greasy. I heard gond katira can help hydrate and cool the skin, which sounds awesome, but I’m not sure if I should mix it with something or maybe use it on its own. I read somewhere that you can just dissolve it in water and apply it, but does it really work? I mean, how to use gond katira for skin properly to get those benefits? I’ve never used anything like this before—like, is it safe? I worry about allergies or stuff since my skin tends to get reactive. Any tips would be great, or even personal experiences anyone's had using gond katira for skin! Just looking for some hope or a new approach because I’m honestly lost right now. Thanks a lot!
