For dandruff and hair loss, it’s important to address both issues with care. Male pattern baldness can be tricky, but ensuring your scalp is healthy can improve results. Dandruff might be related to fungal overgrowth or excess oil production. Try a natural remedy like neem oil or tea tree oil. Apply them diluted, directly to the scalp twice a week. Leave for an hour before washing off using a mild shampoo. Avoid overusing harsh cleansing agents as they can strip the hair and scalp of its natural oils.

Regarding the dull skin, this could be related to lifestyle, diet, or stress affecting your balance of doshas. Try to boost your skin health by staying hydrated and incorporating ‘Triphala’ into your routine, a classic Ayurvedic formulation that supports detoxification and digestion. Mix a teaspoon of Triphala powder into warm water and drink it before bed. This will help in purifying the blood and support digestion which in turn may improve your skin glow.

Also, focus on having a diet rich in antioxidants - fresh fruits like berries, and green vegetables can be beneficial. Incorporate healthy fats such as ghee and nuts like almonds, which nourish the skin from within.

For improving gut health, start your day with warm water mixed with a little lemon juice. This cleanses your system and is a gentle detox. Avoid processed and oily foods, as well as excessive consumption of raw salads which might be hard to digest. Regular practice of yoga and pranayama can also aid in balancing your doshas and maintaining overall energy balance, rejuvenating your body’s appearance.

Be sure to consult with a healthcare professional before making any big changes to ensure they align with your individual health needs.
