I am 33 year old boy get my black hair white too early. I need a solution that resolve my hair colour and hair fall problem which is completely ayurvedic and natural. In some case it will useful to my parents too.

For early graying and hair fall, Ayurveda identifies imbalances often related to Pitta dosha. Consider incorporating amla (Indian gooseberry) into your routine, as it’s renowned for promoting hair pigmentation and strength. You can consume amla in several ways: eat it raw if available, or use amla powder mixed with warm water daily. Drinking fresh amla juice is also beneficial, taken every morning on an empty stomach. This potent antioxidant properties of amla help nourish the hair follicles and support natural hair color.

For external application, prepare a hair oil that combines coconut oil with amla powder or dried amla pieces. Warm the oil gently and apply it to your scalp, massaging thoroughly. Leave it on for at least 1-2 hours before washing it off with a mild herbal shampoo.
