This can occur due to imbalances in the body's immune system, often linked to stress or Pitta dosha imbalance in Ayurveda. Ayurvedic Approach: Herbal Remedies: Bhringraj Oil: Known for its ability to rejuvenate hair follicles, it helps in promoting hair regrowth. Amla: Amla powder or oil is effective for strengthening hair roots and preventing further hair loss. Ashwagandha: This adaptogen helps manage stress, which can be a significant factor in alopecia. Neem Oil: If there's any scalp inflammation or infection, neem oil has anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties. Diet and Lifestyle: Pitta-balancing foods: Avoid spicy, sour, and oily foods that aggravate Pitta. Opt for cooling, calming foods such as cucumbers, leafy greens, and coconut. Manage stress: Engage in calming practices like yoga, meditation, or breathing exercises (Pranayama) to balance your mind and reduce stress. Topical Applications: A mixture of Brahmi and Amla oil can be massaged into the scalp to stimulate hair growth and strengthen the roots. Panchakarma (Detox): If you're open to it, undergoing a Pitta-pacifying Panchakarma therapy (like Shirodhara) can be beneficial in balancing the doshas and rejuvenating the scalp. Suggested Course: Internal: Take Bhringraj or Amla powder daily to nourish your hair from within. External: Apply Bhringraj oil or Neem oil to the affected area regularly. It is important to follow these treatments consistently, and results may take a few weeks to months. If the condition persists, it may be helpful to consult with an Ayurvedic practitioner who can provide a tailored treatment plan

hair fall aur scalp ki kujli ke liye, lagta hai ki aapka pitta aur vaata dosha ho skta thoda vitiated ho. Ye imbalances scalp ko dry kar dete hain, jo hair fall ka karan ban sakte hain. Sabse pehli baat, hair ko dhyan me rakhte hue, tel malish karna bohot zaroori hai. Aap bhringraj oil ya coconut oil ko halka garam karke, scalp me haftay me do bar laga sakte ho. Isse thoda stress bhi kum hota hai aur blood circulation improve hoti hai. Apne diet par bhi dhyaan dena padega, jahan tak aahar ka sawal hai, aap cool and hydrating foods ko include karein, jaise ki cucumber, aaloo bhugra, aur coconut water. Ye pitta ko balance rakhta hai. Avoid spicy or oily foods as pitta dosha can get aggravated. Agar scalp me kujli zyada ho rahi hai, aap neem leaves ka paste bana kar scalp par laga sakte hain. Neem ke anti-microbial properties hoti hain jo infection aur kujli ko kam kar sakti hain. Application ke baad, 20 minute tak chhod ke baadme thanda paani use karke dhona. Face ki dullness ke liye, ek achi rehydration ki jarurat hai. Water intake ko ensure karein, rozana 8-10 glass toh piti hi hone chahiye. Aur fresh fruits jaise ki papaya aur pineapple, jo ki beta-carotene and antioxidants mein rich hote hain, consumption mei le aayein. Amla juice ko apni diet mein include karna baed labhdayak hota hai, kyunki iska Vitamin C content collagen ki production mein madad karta hai, jo skin aur hair dono ke liye bohot zaroori. Remember, consistent practice is necessary for Ayurveda remedies to work bhaiyya, patience majeeti hai. Agar yeh symptoms bhut kharab bane rahe toh consult karo professional advice k liye. In case scle waise red patches or nayee symptoms appear kardiye toh tab fir doctor ke paas jaana necessary hoga.
