I have pimples on my skin and I have to remove darkness and my skin type is oily skin my skin colour is not white and not black I am 15 year old I have to reduce pimple and i have to reduce darkness so recommend me one soap which can reduce my pimple and make my skin glowing brighting and fair

For your oily skin, dealing with pimples and reducing dark spots requires a holistic approach rather than relying solely on soap. In Ayurveda, skin issues like pimples often stem from a Pitta or Kapha imbalance, with excess oil and toxins playing a significant role. Look for soaps containing natural ingredients like neem and turmeric. Neem has antibacterial properties that help cleanse the pores, while turmeric helps to balance the oil and promotes a more even skin tone. Consider a soap that combines these, used gently on your face twice a day - morning and evening.

In addition to using soap, focus on your diet and daily routine. Eat a diet rich in fresh fruits and vegetables. Include foods that are Pitta-pacifying like bitter and astringent tastes. Avoid spicy, fried, oily foods as they may increase skin inflammation. Drink plenty of water to help flush out toxins.
