Start with Amalaki Rasayan 1-0-1 after food with water Bhringraj asav 10ml twice daily after food with 20ml water. Light massage on scalp twice weekly with Neelibhringadi oil keep overnight and morning wash with herbal anti hairfall shampoo. Avoid direct Sun rays exposure use hat or use umbrella or scarf when going out during the day Include fresh green vegetables semi cooked or sauted in your diet daily. Include seasonal fruits and seasonal vegetables in your diet.

Start with - 1. Swamla Compound (Gold) 1tsp empty stomach daily with lukewarm milk 2. Neelibhringadi Oil for Local application (Gently massage the scalp with 10ml of oil for 4-5 minutes, then keep it for 30 minutes and then wash with soft shampoo) Do this twice a week 3. Nasya with Shadbindu Taila, 2 drops in each nostril in Morning and Evening daily for 3 months. 4. Ashwagandha powder 1tsp in warm milk at night 5. Bhringrajasava 10ml-0-10ml in 10 ml water before food.

Diet take only: Green gram, rice, ghee, coconut, amla, pomegranate, 1 glass diluted amla juice daily. Soaked almonds 4 daily.

Avoid: Spicy, sour, fried food, Tea, coffee, alcohol, Heat styling, chemical dyes.

Lifestyle advice Head massage with fingers 10 min daily. 10 min Sarvangasana yoga pose 5 days weekly. Sleep by 10 PM. Cover head in sun.

YOUR CONCERN

You are going through:

Hair falling and thinning for over six months Age: 52 The trigger noticed: Weather changes Hair: Thin but manageable No major illness or medication This disorder can be largely reversed with the proper Rasayana therapy.

INTERNAL MEDICATION (For hair fall control, regrowth & anti-aging nourishment)

1.Bhringaraj Capsule – 1-0-1 after food (Best herb for hair regrowth & scalp nourishment)

2.Amalaki Rasayan – 1 tsp every morning with warm water (A strong antioxidant, it prevents the premature aging and hair thinning)

3.Ashwagandha Churna – ½ tsp at night with warm water (Strengthen the tissues, helps lessening the hair fall caused by the stress)

4.Triphala Churna – ½ tsp at bedtime with warm water (Helps digestion and nutrient absorption—very important for hair)

Continue these for at least 3–4 months for a visible result.

EXTERNAL CARE

One must do weekly oiling treatment for the hair to grow back: Oil: Bhringaraj Taila or Neelibhringadi Taila

Method: Warm the oil a bit Massage the scalp gently with your fingers for 10–15 minutes Keep the hair with the oil on the night Next morning wash your hair with mild herbal shampoo Do this 2–3 times per week

Simply regular oiling thus alone cuts the rate of hair loss by 40–50% in 6–8 weeks.

Home remedies

1. Soaked black raisins (8–10 daily) 2. White sesame seeds – 1 tsp daily 3. Amla powder + water every morning 4. Coconut water 3–4 times a week
