hello, I have these small red dots around my neck, under myars and breasts, and it's most most likely foliculitis

Kishore guggul 1-0-1 will help heal the inflammation and follicles.
Giloy ghanvati 1-0-1 after food with water, prevent formation of any infection.
Apply karanj oil in affected area.
