As a Keralite now living in Goa after five years in Tamil Nadu, the climate has taken a toll on my hair and skin. I’m struggling with a confusing scalp condition: it develops a white powdery buildup if I skip a single wash, making me think it’s dry, yet daily washing causes visible sebum to leak onto my forehead. This imbalance has triggered severe back acne, persistent forehead comedones and chronic pustules that never seem to leave my face, leaving me feeling unhygienic and I really need some way to fix this cycle.

Start with Khadirarist 10ml twice daily after food with water Kishore guggul 1-0-1 after food with water. Apply Divya kanti lep mix with rose water apply twice weekly on affected skin area. For hair apply Gunjadi oil on scalp twice weekly.keep overnight morning wash with Dano shampoo. or any herbal anti dandruff shampoo.
