Seeking Help for Unmanageable and Thinning Hair - #46365

I am 40 years old female. I have Vata dominant prakriti. My hair are dry, wavy, frizzy and thin. My here are very less at temples. I have early greying also. Almost 80% of my hair at roots are grey. Nowadays I feel that my hair are breaking from middle. There are many tiny hair on my front hairline which are very unruly. These hair do not seem to be the new growth. I have medium hair fall also. But the main problem is that I find my hair so unmanageable and with a lot of flyaways due to breakage. I want to make my hair shiny, smooth and healthy. Please help me. This is causing low confidence in me.
