Age 37 Male 6-7 hours of good sleep Based in Surat where humidity is higher Minimum outside or junk food Balanced diet with fruits, veggies, nuts. 2 rotis in noon, bowl of rice in evening, some snacks in night Dry and flaky facial skin Thin, fine, straight and frizzy hair Hair breakage, balding from centre Gas, burps, bloating, normal to slightly hot stools after every meal, light pain and spasms in stomach Pls suggest remedy
