HiIam a thallesemia patient. I am 45 yrs old. I hv enlarged spleen with enlarged liver Also lymphadenopathy in chest.. recentlyi came to knowI hv dilated splenic veins around 13 mm n also abdominal pain.. what shouldi doI also got red small spots on limbs
