Helping My Daughter Self-Soothe to Sleep - #46824

My daughter is ADHD and mild autism. She is five years old. She believes she needs me to put her to sleep and to stay with her all night or will wake up and come to my bed if I’m not there. How can I help her to self soothe herself to sleep and to go back to sleep?
