I am looking for information on this procedure: Kshara sutra. What are the top clinics in the world that can offer this. Also, what is the success rate for peri-anal fistula? My problem is coming after having a peri-anal abscess I&D, I am looking for a long term solution that does not require full surgery and that will address the root cause at the same time.
