Concerns About Osteoporosis and Urinary Issues <link removed> Question # - #45544 Thank you so much for all the responses. I had asked two respected doctor's and however question was closed as I have to travel out of country. They were questioning on the dosage and timing for - " Hello, I would like to know, prior to joining this wonderful created site, I had brought Hadjod, Ashwagandga, Shatavari, Triphla, bringraj, Brahmi, Alma, and Moringa powder - app 300 gm, , You also had suggested the same items in your response. Would you please advise on which items (all powder form) - dosage and timing & how should I take them. Please. Thank you". Currently I am taking - Triphla - 1/2 tsp - before bed w/warm water Alma & Hadjod & Moringa- morning - both in warm water - 1/2 tsp each together. Is this the right combination to take together or should not be combined. Is this the right time? and the right dosage? Ashwagandga - 1 hr after night meal - 1/2 tsp w/warm water. Should I increase to 1 tsp for the first three months or stay at half tsp? Shatavari - When should I take this and what time + dosage? Highly appreciate responses. Thank you!
