Bruhat haridrakhandam (pentacare) One tablespoon in empty stomach in the morning with a cup of warm milk 2. Kaisora Guggulu DS (AVN) 1—0—1 withedicime no. 1 3. Thikthakam kashayam 20ml—0—20ml by adding 80 ml of boiled cooled water 45 minutes before breakfast and 45 minutes after dinner. All the medicines are for 90 days.
Diet - 1. Avoid raw food(including) fruits completely 2. Fruits like apple a can be steamed/cooked and used. 3. Drink boiled warm water throughout the day. 4. Avoid spicy food-canned and processed food. 5. Avoid milk and milk products for 90 days. Lifestyle - 1. start practicing pranayama 15 minutes a day. 2.
