Avoid addiction if any. Avoid oily spicy and processed foods. Regular exercise. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Regular use of buttermilk. Tab.Amroid 2-0-2 Pilex oint for local application. Tab Pilex fort 1-0-1 Follow up after 1 week.
