Hi ,3.5 months before i had severe headache on right of head ,tinnitus ,nerve pain, i consulted ayurvedic doctor she is a famous one in kerala.She said nothing wrry.i had anxiety so bz of that she gave me mri,i took Mri,mrv,mra all was clear.Under her medicine symptoms came control. But now its two week, i got constant mild aching pain on left side of headche with stiffness in neck .when i strain,cry,go out in sun it increase , it reduces only after sleep. So i am again worried whether it serious, so i asked her a scan .She said she won't write for a scan bz i already hv taken On august. She said nothing gonna come within short period .she said its tension headache. But i became depressed,she said u have anxiety first control that then only medicine works. But due to anxiety she refffered me to a neurologist.i consulted neurologist she said its seems muscle tightening nerves which giving mild headache.she said no need of mri as i have taken before and within three months nthg new happens and my symptoms Which doesn't even alerting one. Thus my doctor said i have to go psychologist bz without controlling mind u cant control the headche and medcine wont work.i have taken mri so don't take again its not good she said don't waste money I always think that i need a scan .evan after doctors said im still anxious,fear what i have to do? y i got that pain on head.i cant even focus bz of fear

Don’t panic Avoid chilled, sour fermented and processed foods. Regular exercise and meditation. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Use boiled water for drinking. Tab Brahmi 1-0-1 Cap.Stresscom 1-0-1 Dashmularist 20 ml twice after meal with lukewarm water. Follow up after 2 weeks.

Hello, Your doctors seem to be very good and directing you in a right direction. 1. Along with the medications they have given you on immediate note take one on one taeching from a experienced yoga teacher, who can teach you yogasana, pranayama and some meditation techniques. These practices need to be practiced everyday. 2. Yes…it is good to take help of a counsellor/psychotherapist so that you can work on your anxiety. 3. Hydrate yourself well with 2 liters of boiled warm water a day. 4. Let there be a gap of 1.5 hours between dinner and going to bed. 5. Reduce your screen time. Take care, Kind regards
