Struggling with Digestive Issues and Other Symptoms - #47178
I am 32 years old, 5' 8" tall, and weigh 46 kg. Five years ago, I had typhoid and inflammation of the intestines and liver, and since then I haven't been able to sleep properly. For the past six months, I've been constipated; my stools are loose and sticky, and I have foul-smelling gas. My hands and feet are constantly ice-cold, and I feel full after eating only a small amount. I have persistent stiffness in my shoulders and neck. My stomach has become hard; when pressed, it feels like a hard rope inside. I'm experiencing significant hair loss, and my face and body have become very thin.
