Seeking Remedies for Chronic Digestive Issues - #47184

From past 3 years I'm facing severe constipation, Indigestion, bloating, acidity, or other stomach related issues. Initially, it was not big problems but now it became biggest problem for me. Please provide me best treatment and remedies to get ride of these issue.

Hello,
The following medicines along with appropriate diet -lifestyle modifications will help you to address the symptoms:
1. Dasamoolaroshtam 20ml—0—20ml after breakfast and after dinner for 90 days with equal quantity of boiled cooled water.
2. Syrup Ulsant D(ayurchem) 10ml 30 minutes before breakfast lunch and dinner for 15 days.
3. Dasamoola haritaki lehyam 1 tsp at bed time with a cup of warm water for 45 days.
Diet-
1. Do not skip meals
2. Chew your food properly.
3. Avoid raw food in every form for 90days
4. Eat freshly cooked warm food, prepared at home
5. Avoid refrigerated -reheated-deep fried-oily-outside food completely for 90 days.
6. Drink 2 liters of boiled cooled water a day (you can add few seeds of ajwain/cumin)
Lifestyle -
1. Practice yogasana everyday for an hour
2. Let there be a gap of 2 hours before going to bed and dinner.
