Hello,
If you have long standing svalpa psoriasis it is better to opt for panchakarma treatments for effective management. However till you meet an ayurveda doctor near your place you can start using the following:
1. Khadiraroshtam 20ml—0—20ml after breakfast and after dinner for 30 days.
2. Kaisora Guggulu DS 1—0—1 after breakfast and after dinner. For 30 days.
3. Thikthakam kashayam 15ml----0----15ml one hour before breakfast and one hour before dinner.
4. 777 oil for application
