Guidance on Pursuing MPH or MSc in Health Research after BAMS - #47196

I am currently an undergraduate Ayurveda (BAMS) student. I am interested in moving into the health research / public health field rather than only clinical practice. Could you please guide me on the correct pathway after BAMS to pursue MPH or MSc in Health Research? I would like to know about eligibility, research experience requirements, and whether this pathway can lead to good research or academic job opportunities in India or abroad.
