I am 4 weeks pregnant and overweight I have thyroid and taking eltroxin 75 as per doctor recommendation.also taking coriander water soaked and boiled empty stomach I got bp 130/90 checked recently Tsh 2.4 Can I continue coriander water or any other natural way to maintain thyroid and BP
