Avoid sour fermented and processed foods. Regular exercise and meditation. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Drink sufficient quantity of water. Ashwagandha rishta 15ml twice after meal with lukewarm water Tab.Kaucha 2-0-2 Tab Shallaki 1-0-1 Massage with Mahanarayan oil before bath.
