I have digestive issues. I get acid reflux.2-3times in a month due to whichI got.Regular chest pain and some burning sensation in upper chest

Hello,
1. It is better to avoid the food you have already identified as causing acid reflux; also avoid very spicy food, outside food and processed food completely.
2. Start your day with steamed apple(skin out)
3. 30 minutes after eating apple please have yashtimadhu ksheerapaka(boil one cup of milk with 1/2 cup of water+1 tsp of yashtimadhu powder; boil till only milk remains;now strain to discard the powder and sip this hot)  for 90 days.
3. SYRUP ULSANT D 10ml----10ml-----10ml 30 minutes before breakfast, lunch and dinner. for 90 days.

Kamadugha rasa 1-0-1 after food
Pravalapanchamritha pishti 1 pinch twice a day before food
Take more food which are bitter in taste
