Seeking Consistent Morning Bowel Movements After Reducing Magnesium - #47349

I have recently tapered from 1000mg to 500mg magnesium oxide for my bowel issues, my problem now is instability lost the morning strong urge, low volume stools and feeling of incomplete evacuation. I added to triphala 500mg tablets to try and improve the situation but keep getting mjxed results either non effective, tool loose or not feeling completely finished there is no consistency. What ayurvedic treatment and dose will give guaranteed morning bowel movement of taken on a night without causing nerve dependcy please?
