How can I manage excessive hair growth and acne? - #47392

I am 17 female, I have extreme facial and body hair growth just like a man. Whenever I thread or shave I grow acne and pimples. I have acne on my back and arms ever since i shaved and its active. I have dark spots on my face ( I also have oily skin), arms and back. However, I have extreme hairfall and the thickness of my hair has reduced and its texture has become frizzy and curly now. My scalp gets flaky within 4-5 days of hairwash. I don’t eat processed foods and eat food made at home. How do I treat this?
