Managing Digestive Issues During Menopause - #47406

50 year old menopausal woman with thyroid ,overweight.I often have stomach upset,constipation and recently heartburn/ acidity. I also suffer from flatulence. I enjoy milk,sugar.. but am not sure if I have lactose intolerance
