How long will it take to see measurable improvement in: HbA1c Triglycerides Inflammation (CRP) When should repeat blood tests be done to monitor progress? Which foods should be strictly avoided in my condition? Which foods will lower sugar and triglycerides fastest? Should I follow intermittent fasting, regular meals, or a special Ayurvedic eating pattern? What type of exercise or yoga is safe and recommended for me? Can the prescribed Ayurvedic medicines be taken alongside allopathic medicines, if needed later? In your honest opinion, is Ayurveda alone sufficient for my condition? Would a combined approach (Ayurveda + Allopathy) be safer initially?
