Hi, I am reading a book about an amazing Indian Doctor Naram then I discover he died at around 65. Doctor recommended Ghee daily ....what is your interpretation.

Simple interpretation of Dr. Naram’s ghee advice
Ghee is given as medicine, not just food. It helps nourish the body, improve digestion, and reduce stress. It mainly balances Vata and Pitta problems (dryness, acidity, weakness, anxiety). Usually pure cow ghee, taken in small quantity. Purpose: to make the body strong, calm, and healthy from inside. In one line: Dr Naram advises ghee when your body needs deep nourishment and balance.
